The Houston Association of Legal Recruitment Administrators (“HALRA”) is an association of law firm recruitment, professional development, and legal human resource professionals in Houston, Texas.  HALRA endeavors to promote professional development for its members by hosting regular meetings, instructive panels, and social networking events.  Through these efforts we hope to create a forum for ideas and to foster a network of camaraderie within the Houston legal market.
